There are more exciting issues on the horizon at The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty and things are moving fast. Our new office in Blue Hill has been received by the community in a wonderful way. The building renovation was as good for the community as it was for us. Our search for brokers to join Blue Hill has been discerning. The style of Swan Agency brokers is well known in the market as honest, informed and professional and new associates will be expected to conform to these standards. After exhaustive analysis we realized that some of the best brokers for Blue Hill were right at our Trenton office and consolidating the two made a lot of sense.
We continue to consider individuals who are involved in their communities, those who look at their real estate careers as their own businesses and realize that you get out what you put in to it.
